C-Cash Global has no independent liability for conversion errors, data loss, bank connectivity failures, or any other deficiency attributable to the Connect Component or to any bank's technical systems.
3.3.3 The client acknowledges that: (i) C-Cash Connect does not validate the accuracy of the source data in bank statements; (ii) conversion quality depends on the completeness and structural consistency of the source files; and (iii) certain bank statement formats may not be supported, and C-Cash Global will notify the client if a requested format is outside the supported scope.
